I think you have found your brand! The best way for me to try and describe it is how so many English folk love the Royal Enfields because that is the heritage they know and those were the bikes they remember seeing their grandfathers ride! You seem to have found that same love and enthusiasm for the Jawa!

The Wiki article might be true, but obviously the story did not get much traction and was soon forgotten. Anyway - Pérák( as the article clearly indicated) was a spring man(meaning a man of coil springs, rather then of the year season). That brings me back to the name of motorcycle.... Pérák means a motorcycle with coil springs on the rear end to make the ride somewhat softer.....

I have a 1974 Jawa perak 250 low mileage matching numbers everything there beautiful classic motorcycle. I love looking at the engine it has that beautiful Art Deco styling about it the new ones just can't compare.

Nope... Yawa/yezdi/bsa are owned by mahindra group here in India.. Jawa will never beat RE because the combined sales of jawa/yezdi is around 3k/month while RE meteor itself does around 10k/month.. classic 350 and new hunter 350 does around 18k/month in India.. Not taking other RE bikes into picture... Honda cb350 is superb competitor for RE 350 and its the only alternative.. Look for Honda cb350 and cb350rs.. Same price with same torque/power with excellent refinement..

Yep it looks like the gear shift is also the kick starter. I saw my Dad kick one and have it snap into first and take of dragging him to a jog, before he got it under control. Cheeky bloody thing, ran well though, cheap on juice. That was a fun, days ride in the country, solo or two up, mountain or highway it seemed a fair kind of bike. That Dad of mine could go all day with a smile, he loved his bikes, brought back his youth. RIP Dad
JAWA has had a combined rod for shifting and kick starting since 1955. The shaft is pushed into the gearbox via the spring and the gear shift is tilted to the kick starting position.
Gosh I love you girl, greetings from UK I had Jawa 350ts 90' in the past, it was stunning bike at the time, however now I'm riding Kawasaki Versys 1000S 2021' and looking for antother bikes, now my point is Triumph Rocket III 2021 and Suzuki Intruder VS 1400 2006'. Theres a reason for that, the small engine and nimble design is essential for Indian traffic. If you have a big bike here you'll be stuck in traffic unable to filter through and stuck with a heating engine.
Darling, in the UK the max speed limit is 70 mph which is equivalent with 112.6 km/h. So in Lithuania you can bowling around the roads meanwhile in the UK....

You should try the moto Guzzi V7 if you haven't already. I guess it's similar to the Kawa in terms of feeling, expect you have twice the engine :) Nice seeing Lithuania in your videos !

For the example, I love Jawa, because My Ancient was from Jawa Serang, and I have so many brother from Jawa Solo, Jawa Semarang, Jawa Jogja, and even my First Presiden and My last Presiden also From Jawa ( Mr. Soekarno and Mr. Jokowi ). Darling, in the UK the max speed limit is 70 mph which is equivalent with 112.6 km/h. So in Lithuania you can bowling around the roads meanwhile in the UK....
UK roads is a different story. Plenty of twisties to get lost on for hours.
@@tomboyabit True. I live here as well. But if you think about, apart from Germany everywhere in Europe has the same speed limits like in Lithuania. Just want to refer to the speed limits in the UK and just remind you to appreciate your - and even whole of Europe - speed limits. Compare with the British one... XD

You should try the moto Guzzi V7 if you haven't already. I guess it's similar to the Kawa in terms of feeling, expect you have twice the engine :)

For the example, I love Jawa, because My Ancient was from Jawa Serang, and I have so many brother from Jawa Solo, Jawa Semarang, Jawa Jogja, and even my First Presiden and My last Presiden also From Jawa ( Mr. Soekarno and Mr. Jokowi ). So I think The Brand of Jawa Perak will be Succes full just like The Brand of Harley Dudison in Indonesia.
