I loooove those eye patches! But you should use them after the wash off mask in the serum stage of your routine! Because what you are doing is washing away the serum that they are soaked in thats supposed to penetrate the skin and help with fine lines etc etc. So you've washed away the benefits!

Genetics. Not products.
Don´t forget that Genes, Food and how much you exercise and how much you sleep etc. plays a major role when it comes to skin. Also how much you expose your skin to sun etc. There are many external and internal factors.
For me, and this is just me of course, the only thing that changed my skin was effective products. I stopped eating sugar. I stopped eating dairy. I stopped eating carbs. I went to the dermatologist. I exercised. I slept. I have crappy skin genes, but educating myself and using simple, high quality products is the only thing that helped.

Avocados and coconut oil are a pretty good budget skin care routine. Olive oil helped me with my severe eczema too. I'm a culinary student BTW. So if I can't eat it I don't buy it.

Great video. I like to watch all this effort into keeping the skin looking great. It makes me appreciate my Dance partners effort in looking great. The Air Conditioners I work on don't really give a hoot so it is a very extreme perspective on Beauty and the Beast look. I had to put a bandage over a crack in my thumb due to dryness. After a day it moistened enough for the Cetaphil to kick in and do its thing. Cracks gone.
I actually learn quite a bit from your videos on how skin works and how to keep it in shape. Keep making these great videos.
