Add to this the low amount of player base and you get extremely unbalanced matches that will either make you quit or uninstall but keep this game on your radar to monitor the player base.

I rationalize my point of view on the fact that early access games and games still in pre-alpha, alpha, or beta stages doesn't scare gamers in any way to give it a serious try. Rust's success during early access can be a good example here. I had tried and played several hours of Supraball (before f2p), Orcs Must Die Unchained (during early access), UT4 (pre-alpha), etc instead of playing other released games I had in mind because I liked the style of the former ones more. Anyway, maybe you are planning to spend on advertising or you are betting on something else that I am not aware of as a gamer to increase your product awareness and popularity after release.
well, i agree with you. Looking at my italian youtubers making videos while playing Supraball, i can see how childish, stupid and shallow is their approch to the game. Since it's not the usual FPS and it's not common, most gamers just play it like dumb and get annoyed after some match, not understanding the real potential of the game that is huge. THis game is infinity ways better than Rocket League, but we live in a world ruled by casual gamers. :(
I feel like the reason is much simpler. The game isn't very pretty looking from most people's standards, with an ugly ui and barebones character models, which probably turns many people off from playing.
I'm Brazilian, I don't have so many conditions, this game qualified me a lot, because as you know every Brazilian loves football, there is no other game that surprised me in the graphics and running as well on a PC as bad as mine. thank you! :)

The veterans of course know whats going on here, but newbs don't know who gg is and its the only Videos of gameplay footage Davidm probably has to set up a homepage footage video. But I do wonder if this is the style of play/level if the game was hugely successful and had a top500, I doubt it actually. its literally gold+ vs bronze every game :(

Damn I played this game when it was in no steam version, 2015 maybe(?). If there still are players I'll definitely have to play it again

Ive played this and you cant jump that high, you cant constantly use the dash function. Is this only in pro play? Why?
You missed that the players are boosting each other; a main function of the game that is not used by beginners because it requires a lot of team work.
