i’ve been doing this workout combined with the belly workout once a day since march and my God i’ve never felt so confident. The results i’m seeing so far is amazing.
1 week done, once every day, starting tomorrow i am going to do it twice a day for the next 2 weeks, so far i can feel the change, a lot firmer, and feels bigger.
Don't overwork your body. This results nothing but muscle loss. Doing this exercise every 4days for a week is the best. Eat high protein foods. If you are doing this exercise overly then remember to eat properly as well. Doing it twice everyday for 2weeks is too much and for that you have to eat a lot specially meals instead of snacks. If you want a bigger lower body, train lower body around 4 times a week. Eat a lot ( meals not snacks). Include protein: milk, protein bars, banana milkshakes, peanut butter, eggs, meat, etc. Telling from my own experience.

This workout kicked my butt today. Combined it with the 15 pounds in 2 weeks full body workout and I'm dripping sweat! Cant wait to see what transformation I can achieve being consistent with a full body and a body part specific workout every day!

Surprisingly this workout isn't bad. When I started I saw instant change, I did this and the hour glass workout 1-2 times a day and within a week I started to see some changes, so thank you for this❤❤ (please if u know any workouts for increase breast size let me know please 😭)
I did this since I have been working out since a frozen shoulder. Unreal I can feel it. I have gained 15 lbs since I started my own at home workout in 6 weeks and just adds to it.

Hello everyone, I’m doing this workout three times a week (I made a curated workout plan, so I do this workout Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), and now I’m loosing 1lb a day with my other workouts and this diet! Today will be my last day of the week doing this workout, however I think I’ll find more time to do it. This workout has become very easy for me, and I will continue to do it until I get desired hip measurements.
Now two months doing the workout i can see the results my Butt is growing and in good shape even nowadays when i do the excercise i can fill the movement of my butt . Thanks alot for this workwork

From tommorow ,Ill do this 15 minute workout everyday. Ill see what happen 😊❤🙏 I started last Saturday ( June 13,2020) first 2 days it was so intensed, I barely cant walk and sit! 😂 but its going better now after 4 days. I also did 100 squats 100 donkey kicks 50 lounges 😊 Hi! Its my first week tommorow, pain from working out for first 2 days was gone! And I definitely see changes in my butt, its firmer and I can feel it increases in size ❤ I also added two types of workout, I do it 2 times a day , 15 mins morning and 15 mins afternoon from saturday to thursday. Friday, its my rest day, so I did different workouts for an hour now ❤😊 I feel so energetic more than ever doing this excersises 😊🤟✌❤
This workout really helps a lot for new starters , I used to do this for 1 month and definitely I gained muscles and made my body strong. Im doing my workout for almost 3 months now and I already changed my workout routines from Roberta's Gym to Hana Milly's to Chloe Ting's workout ✌😅😊 And my body change's a lot from my hip dips to my booty up to my belly. 14 weeks in and I can't believe my quads and behind. I actually fit in to nice bootcut jeans with an awesome rear. This workout is the deal. Love it.
