What are your button settings? Do you use back buttons?I find potion hard to click on mid combat
i just use standard default buttons, it did take some getting used to, i like to give the potion button a little quick reach around with my pointer finger while keeping my thumb on the left joystick

@@ChouChouFish i click in the right stick for a ping its not too bad, i do wish they would let you custom bind controller buttons tho
