Frankly he doesn't give too much of a fuck about his other offensive stats so going for any piece with SPD and BE should work nicely. There's also the lack of pressure to complete the Cavalry set and just settle with 2 BE sets or Thief set If you go for his sig also it has a SPD boost above 150% BE
Just adding that you can also go for Eagle set, mine is at 166SPD and 201%BE (no Sig LC) and still could be better since I just used pieces I already had so some are pretty underwhelming (I have one with 2 rolls on Ef. Res instead of SPD/%BE and Boots kinda scuffed) + I didn't farm Kalpagni yet. Just a quick note: I've been farming Eagle and Vonwacq for some time now since I'm building some of my supports for 0-cycle setups (Sparkle, Pela and Tingyun) so it could take some time to get good pieces.
the only reason i pull for yunli is because i love parrying in any game so she is kinda perfect for me and im follower of destruction path and she is cute

I cleared first cycle in 3 with Clara. Sadly she cant even remotely compare to Yunli but its fun to use her. Especially since i lost 50/50 to Clara e2
