BISHOPS CONDEMN RISING ABDUCTIONS AND GOVERNMENT INACTION

The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops vehemently condemned the alarming rise in abductions, disappearances, torture, and killings occurring across the country. They demanded to know who is behind these brutal acts and questioned why the government has failed to take decisive action to put an end to them.
In a scathing statement, they highlighted the fact that these atrocities are unfolding at a time when countless families are still reeling from the tragic loss of their loved ones during the June demonstrations.
"Who is orchestrating these abductions, and why has the government shown itself powerless to stop these senseless killings and disappearances?" the statement demanded.
