Would be a good time to clean up some of the debris, like the old batteries and other "Toxic" items from the lake. It might refill, if the states that use water, get smart. And it snows more in the Colorado river drainage, and the Green River Drainage. Who knows.
It was in a wreck, the nose is busted in where it hit something at a high rate of speed. Unfortunately it happens a lot more than you'd think. Drunk people sneak out on them after dark and without headlight they often hit other boats or crash into docks. There have been several deaths here recently in my area from people hitting things on PWCs. The rocks are just piled up on the floor board from the flood water rushing past it and they get caught in there. If you tried to sink one with unsecured rocks it would be difficult just stacking them on there. The minute it went under it would roll and tip and all the rocks would fall off. You may be able to use the registration # to figure out what happened to it.

Nothing new.... There's a lake on my 500 acre property that has been drying up, and then refilling itself for decades. Sometimes it would be completely dry for several years, and then full and 15' deep for other years. A dried up lake doesn't mean anything. Water can't just disappear from the planet, thats impossible. If it dries up from some place, it simply ends up somewhere else.

Why aren't National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management cleaning up the debris from the exposed bottom of the lake? Never mind, both have become useless.

great- but when its at full-pool, there's no real flood-control capability. the dam was built for flood control- not for your boats.
