    • @codylapoint

It was in a wreck, the nose is busted in where it hit something at a high rate of speed. Unfortunately it happens a lot more than you'd think. Drunk people sneak out on them after dark and without headlight they often hit other boats or crash into docks. There have been several deaths here recently in my area from people hitting things on PWCs. The rocks are just piled up on the floor board from the flood water rushing past it and they get caught in there. If you tried to sink one with unsecured rocks it would be difficult just stacking them on there. The minute it went under it would roll and tip and all the rocks would fall off. You may be able to use the registration # to figure out what happened to it.

Sometimes it would be completely dry for several years, and then full and 15' deep for other years. A dried up lake doesn't mean anything. Water can't just disappear from the planet, thats impossible. If it dries up from some place, it simply ends up somewhere else.

I would think, that in a matter of years, the water WILL return, but the rubbish will still be there, causing navigation issues and/or danger to swimmers/boaters.. There is enough dangerous scrap in you footage alone, to justify it's removal and off-set the costs a bit..
