I was eagerly waiting for this episode. I've learnt so many things but that deserves a full post in socials.
But my favourite learning was from this episode was Ansh's humbleness.
Rajeev Sir truly a legend but when you've achieved so much in such an young age then it's becomes very crucial to know your roots and respect them.
Being so successful, how Ansh tackled the criticism and not let his ego come in teaches us a lot about the person!
    Great Job man!

My Favorites Lesson from the Podcast definitely is around the Raw and Direct approach to take inspiration by "moving out" of the house. I found that really inspiring and practical in a time where we are bombarded with Behance, Dribble posts when seeking inspirations. I profoundly realized that "true" creativity comes from within, comes from observations,, come from going to the root of what you find appealing. Thank you for this amazing episode!

The most insightful parts were what creative decisions we had to take in for different markets and how long did they last until people figured out the trick.
This entire industry is based on knowing this insight and the buffer time we have to get it. All the work gets dictated by that.

At First, Thank u Ansh Sir for Inviting Rajiv Sir, Thank you Down to Earthman Lord Rajiv (sir) for sharing Top level of experience, As a beginner Designer, I know how to make good design, how to make conceptual campaign but i have some doubt how to present or market your Idea or design, which we have to share your Idea, how i get more responses from big companies, how big companies advertising work, how to find the people who work for them, how company expect someone to not only make a post or video, they want someone who make branding kit. i really appreciate your words and experience on them. Another thing i love from the podcast is you do not work only on one skill, you should have to expand your knowledge to multiple skill, Like me I am a Graphics designer and video editor, its not enough to learn only software, I should have to learn how to communicate , how to present my Idea to someone, how trends going on etc. Thanks Rajiv sir again for sharing this masterpiece 💖😍
