@@_ProTrax yeah the drums don’t need to follow the band, the band follows the drums. It is however the drummers job to not slow the band down or go to fast. Which is why you use metronomes to stay in tempo

It’s awesome to see people your age playing this kind of stuff. I’ve been primarily a metal head since high school, and hadn’t even discovered shoegaze until my early to mid 20s. But I have loved it ever since.

at a live show yes, don't be on stage until you are part of the performance but for youtube at least 50% of viewers who made it to the end wouldn't have if they weren't waiting for her to sing. Its almost the equivalent to clickbait.

I avoid participating in that way and just post the content I want and turn off the ads on my page. My advice is don't watch any videos that are hosted by a robot voice and give them a thumbs down so your suggested don't get flooded with that crap based on your previous viewing habits.

As a guitarist I want my drummer to play a locked in groove, I can figure it out from there but he does not need to hear me play at all to do his job
