I don't favor chiptune music over properly written regular arrangements, but uhh... This one is possibly the best True Administrator arrangement I've heard. There IS one I really love I can't for the life of me find again, but this one certainly stomps all th e others I've stumbled across looking for it.

To be honest, I started simply with Renoise and a few free chiptune sample libraries, and just played with it until I got to where I am now. There are lots of tutorials out there, though, that would help way more than I could! XD
