Great job on this dude it shows you have quite the skill here such as that emotional melody throughout the track and that drumming and sub bass during the drop and I can see you going places! How did you separate the vocals so cleanly? I mean, if you cancel out the instrumentals by using inverted instrumental track, it still always leaves some residuals. Did you use some filters or does the noise just fade away in the new instrumentals?
You're actually close! Other than using a high pass filter to clean up the bass and a low pass filter to remove the hi-hats and other cymbals, I apply noise reduction and hope for the best that whatever song I make will hide the extra noise.
