Wow! Can you make me one! 😋 Using honey as the natural sweetener and vanilla extract instead of vanilla syrup. Now that’s a coffee drink I would prefer! 🎉 🎉❤❤😊😊😋😋
Your shot didn't look horrible but i doubt you were able to tamp with sufficient force with that plastic tamp. I would suggest getting a proper metal tamp. Also, if you want to open a coffee shop, you're going to need a much better machine. the machine you have is an appliance machine, typically with a use-life of about 3-5 years for a normal home user. For a commercial environment, pulling back to back shots, you will need a machine that is 1) robust - made of high-quality parts, and 2) reparable. there's a few prosumer machines you may be able to work with in a small cafe environment but there's nothing really like that for less than $900. The best semi automatic machine for less than $1000 is probably the Racillio Sylvia. May look into that if you're considering opening a shop, but also be mindful of you possible need to upgrade to a much more expensive machine in the future if your business grows.
Hi! Thanks for all of this. I know we’ll need commercial grade equipment. This is just for me to experiment with and come up with recipes. It takes a while to get all the licensing and stuff so until then we’re just learning and I’m just showing my journey. I’m keeping this comment in my screenshot list to look back on for advice :) thanks for watching
@@daybydaydesiree sure thing.. if you have any questions reach out.. Also, you should check out the r/espresso subreddit. There's a lot of good information there.
