I noticed that you used the multires modifier several times. I was surprised that after applying this modifier your retopology mesh did not change. How is this possible? Could you explain what you did for this?
When I finish the retopology, I add a subdivided multiresolution, and then I apply the shrinkwrap, so the details will be saved in the multiresolution, then in the shape option of the multiresolution, press apply base, so that the deformations remain in the lowpoly model, Once this is done, you can eliminate the multiresolution, and add the subdivision modifier to continue editing the model normally.
