She used it in many creative ways, of turning various body parts to transform, walking on the ceiling, make herself, spikes under her feet to run faster and the first character in the series to use her hair, chest and lips to attack. Not to mention the bulk up of her arms. Her abilities were a good mix of offensive and defence skills. With Haki she'd be very dangerous. Also she's such a gorgeous women.🥰
And oddly enough she was the most normal among the agents. And remember her partner is Mr. One. Meaning she was the second strongest among the female Numbered Agents. So this fight is rather impressive for Nami.

One right needles shot into the correct muscle group on the body can either give you a partial bulk up in that limb or a full body bulk up complete with a size increase and durability increase. Get good enough at knocking and you can do some crazy shit. By crazy I mean damage nullification, de-aging, muscular restraint, and even stopping time itself.

Basically she stabs her spikes into certain parts of her muscles and it invigorates them rather than hurting her. Knocking ups this concept significantly. one right shot in the right spot with the correct amount of force can not only bulk someone up on whole body level, but it can also de-age someone. All with a little needle.
