I love ASMR but for me it's become an addiction. I started watching it as a joke a while ago but then I started getting tingles and would watch it to fall asleep... I slowly became dependent on it to do so and now I can't fall asleep unless I have tingles... I've been watching shorter and shorter vids every night and it helps alot to get rid of the habit.. Let me know if anyone else is like this or if it's just me
