Why would Dylan want history's collection to be stored in Tulsa? Money from Tulsa wants it there. Bob Dylan was born in Duluth Minnesota and lived in Hibbing Minnesota where his incredible talent was born. If Bob is thoroughly behind this, shame on him. Who he is was created in Minnesota.
