Pikmin 4 Telekinesis Detector Without Winged Pikmin

To get the item down from the ledge,stand about where oatchi is at 0:16 and throw pikmin,they should barely reach.
When they walk in circles while carrying,call them off when the circle is towards oatchi,then repeat till it falls down.
4:04 is when oatchi succeeds at the prison break

The track piece on the same sublevel is also obtainable without winged Pikmin. Oatchi won't use the geyser with it in his mouth, but you can get it over the edge, push it towards the upper section and grab it mid-air (with the last safe place being on the upper section). Oatchi should be teleported back to safety with the treasure in his mouth.
