This is an out of context question
But I need to know if I do btech here in any field say(mechanical engineering)
And in the third year I start studying sat or any other exam and after graduating from btech I passed the exam so can do mtech in mathematics and computing out of India ?

If you go to the Deutsche page of a program, you'll see a admission regulation or selection process document. This document will tell you all the parameters they will use to select students. Its pretty straight forward, if you apply early and meet these requirements - an admit is pretty much guaranteed.
Most schools use curricular analysis(set number of ECTS you need to meet) and grades. Some will take a look at letter of motivation, GRE, language, references,etc.
Most cases, if you have good grades and apply early - you should get an admit.
Disclaimer: This depends on the program, but most program selection documents I've seen for Informatik, Robotik and Engineering programs end up doing this.

Hi sir , please sir help me . currently I am in bca 3rd year in surat , but some times ago according to new rules my university is in H+/-. What can I do? Some consultancy advice me , it will be resolve after some times. And some one tell me , it is absolutely possible to get admission with out Aps in some university and after when you arrived in germany then change your university and possible to transfer in to public university.
