The “Mother of Mine” song was made famous in 1971 by then child singing star Neil Reid. It was an instant hit with the British public, rising to number two on the UK Singles Chart. The "Mother of Mine" record sold over 250,000 copies in the United Kingdom, and over 2.5 million globally.
The Davisson Duo is comprised of classical guitarists Elle (age 12) and Jack (age 15). Jack and Elle study at the California Conservatory of Music and play guitars by American Luthier Glenn Canin.
