Laura Lockman he's pretty darn tall, especially if you're vertically challenged like myself! Lol. Everyone in my family is tall, except for me (I got my Grandmothers genes from both sides - they were both small, the one being very teeny tiny at only 4'9, or maybe 8) I guess I was somehow "magically" picked to be the ones to inherit those genes and be tiny in a family full of giants. My one brother is just over 6ft and my other brother is 6'4+ (I think he was just shy of 6'5 or maybe he did hit 6'5 and I'm remembering wrong, plus now that he's older, he's shrunk a bit since we lose some inches as we age). It was a world of difference between the tallest and me, when we did family fotos of the kids (my 2 older brothers and 1 older sister - I'm the baby and the short one and the only redhead.....I don't know what happened to me! Lol) I always had to stand on a step stool type thing to give me some height because they were all so much taller than me that the picture was all messed up or cutting either me or the falls ones out because we didn't fit in frame. The tallest brother was always sitting & with me on my little step stool box and him sitting, he was still taller than me while I was standing next to him on my step stool!!!! Lol. 6'5 is pretty tall, but it really all depends how tall the person is who encounters/meets them is and that will change how tall you perceive them to be. So I'm guessing you're most definitely at the minimum the average height for a female (which I think is either 5'6 or 5'7 now??? Correct me if I'm wrong but I do know females and the average female height is taller now than it has been) or are even taller than that like 5'8 or even 5'9. Which if you're those heights, he probably doesn't seem super tall to you in person......but for the vertically challenged such as myself, he's a giant because he's over a foot and a half taller than me!! My neck hurts when I have to talk to tall people because I'm having to strain it by bending it back all the way to be able to look up at whomever I'm conversing with. Of course, I would love to see it right now, too. But I just think this would make the film more special. More like a real reunion. It is very difficult to make a successful sequel. I would hate for it to turn out a flop because it was a rushed job. The movie was brilliant because everything was slow and thought through.
There's an interview of Andre Aciman sayng he wants to make a continuation of the book! He says he got inspired with reception of the movie! And Luca and aciman had a few meetings discussing it maybe the continuation of the book maybe it's olivers point of view!..I have feeling it's continuation of their life but apart!
