If you want to always see that pop up, then you neee you data connect to be switch ON before connection. I don't need to switch on my data for that pop up only. I switch on my Bluetooth most of the time and connect my earbuds. That's all. 😃

Please, note that when connecting it,. You need to switch ON your location (GPS) too.
