I am not a thalapathy fan or any sort of fan boy. But I am feeling that tamil film spectators should have more focus toward a film which comes under a UNIVERSE. As far as I see the reviews of the film I see people saying that the second leg of the film is lagging. But spectators should understand that the story in the second leg is a narrated story and which can be a FALSE STATEMENT. A protagonist "Who can fake their own deaths" can easily lie about the stories. So I feel that the second half of the film can be a complete FALSE STATEMENT because most part of the second half is narrated by actor Mansoor Ali khan. Moreover, deaths of most of the villains are not shown. If then, this will be a SPECIAL PHENOMENON in the tamil film industry where the second half of the film is a LIE. So I should say that even though the tamil film industry is booming BUT most of the tamil audience are NOT READY/ NOT FAMILIAR with universe movies. Also, in the potion where Anurag Kashyap's scene most of the "HIGH END PRO REVIEWERS" said it was a waste of production to have Anurag Kashyap featured, BUT they forgot that "its a universe and every character might have their stories". I have one thing that bothers about LCU's logic. When Loki is trying to create relativity among his movies but fails about Sir Mansoor Ali Khan's character. In Vikram Movie, Sir Mansoor appeared as Actor Mansoor, who danced in Asuran Movie's song Vatthi Kuchi, which was played by the police boys who were watching Karnan's car in beginning of the movie. Then, how is that logical when Sir Mansoor appeared in Leo as a caretaker Irudhayaraj D'Souza? Is Irudhayaraj retired actor with cinema name Mansoor Ali Khan who joins Das & Co? One of the policeman regard Mansoor Sir's appearance in Asuran song played in his phone as 'itho Thalaivar'. Which means these 2 policemen works for Das & Co?? Or all these are simply Loki's mistake??

As long as Mansoor isn't shown in a video song to one of his old movies(in this case vathi kuchi) it doesn't matter what song Loki uses. U can interpret it as "vathi kuchi" the song had different actors in Lokesh's universe. These aren't necessarily logical hiccups as they don't fundamentally affect the plot .

I am not a thalapathy fan or any sort of fan boy. But I am feeling that tamil film spectators should have more focus toward a film which comes under a UNIVERSE. As far as I see the reviews of the film I see people saying that the second leg of the film is lagging. But spectators should understand that the story in the second leg is a narrated story and which can be a FALSE STATEMENT. A protagonist "Who can fake their own deaths" can easily lie about the stories. So I feel that the second half of the film can be a complete FALSE STATEMENT because most part of the second half is narrated by actor Mansoor Ali khan. Moreover, deaths of most of the villains are not shown. If then, this will be a SPECIAL PHENOMENON in the tamil film industry where the second half of the film is a LIE. So I should say that even though the tamil film industry is booming BUT most of the tamil audience are NOT READY/ NOT FAMILIAR with universe movies. Also, in the potion where Anurag Kashyap's scene most of the "HIGH END PRO REVIEWERS" said it was a waste of production to have Anurag Kashyap featured, BUT they forgot that "its a universe and every character might have their stories".
Here we can say that the spotted hyena can be a imported species from africa because a hyena will not be tamed in FEW DAYS to any humans. I have one thing that bothers about LCU's logic. When Loki is trying to create relativity among his movies but fails about Sir Mansoor Ali Khan's character. In Vikram Movie, Sir Mansoor appeared as Actor Mansoor, who danced in Asuran Movie's song Vatthi Kuchi, which was played by the police boys who were watching Karnan's car in beginning of the movie. Then, how is that logical when Sir Mansoor appeared in Leo as a caretaker Irudhayaraj D'Souza? Is Irudhayaraj retired actor with cinema name Mansoor Ali Khan who joins Das & Co? One of the policeman regard Mansoor Sir's appearance in Asuran song played in his phone as 'itho Thalaivar'. Which means these 2 policemen works for Das & Co?? As long as Mansoor isn't shown in a video song to one of his old movies(in this case vathi kuchi) it doesn't matter what song Loki uses. U can interpret it as "vathi kuchi" the song had different actors in Lokesh's universe. These aren't necessarily logical hiccups as they don't fundamentally affect the plot .

4. Ending factory fight was unrealistic comparing the starting fight which was great

FLASHBACK (1999):
Anthony Das & Harold Das are brothers who operate a tobacco factory in the state. Leo an outsider joins them and helps in expansion and success of their business. The Das brothers grow fond of him and affectionately start calling him "Leo Das".
The reputation of Das & Co. reaches Young Rolex, who is gaining fame in the drug trade. Young Rolex aims to extend the drug business in Das & Co state and approaches them for distribution (LCU Link 1)
The use of drugs becomes widespread among college students. One day, Leo visits a place close to college to settle a distribution dispute related to the drugs, where Leo meets Sathya falls in love at first sight. Leo and Sathya fall deeply in love as time passes. But Leo hides his true identity that he is a gangster and plays a good man. Loves changes Leo and makes him go soft.
News of their relationship reaches the ears of Das brothers. Fear of losing Leo, they warn him to let go of Sathya. Despite the warning, Leo continues the relationship, and Sathya becomes pregnant one day. Her parents throw her out of their house. In distress, Sathya asks Leo to join her in Kashmir, where her close childhood friend, Priya Joshi Andrews, lives.
Leo in love, fakes his own death and relocates to Kashmir, where he starts a cafe. The Das brothers lose control of their business, suffering substantial financial losses, which angers Young Rolex. Rolex summons the Das brothers for a meeting, but only Harold Das attends. During the meeting, a verbal argument starts, resulting in Rolex killing Harold Das, ending their partnership.
PRESENT DAY:
Following the incident at the Leo's cafe involving Shanmugam's gang and the revelation of Leo's existence in the newspaper, Anthony Das travels to Kashmir with his team, to kill Leo. However, Leo ignores Anthony saying he does not know him.
Anthony Das conducts an investigation into Leo's family within the town. Leo seeks police protection, leading to the arrival of Constable Napoleon, who is assigned to safeguard Leo & family (LCU Link 2). Sathya launches an investigation against Leo with Joshi Andrews to find the truth about Leo and Why Anthony Das chases their family.
Later, Babu Antony one of Antony's henchman who arrived the next day joins Anthony das investigation & identifies Sathya. It was Babu Antony who reported the Leo-Sathya relationship to the Das brothers in 1999 as Babu Antony disliked Leo's fame within the Das brothers.
Now that Anthony Das realizes Leo is using a false identity, he launches an ambush on Leo's residence. In the attack, Sathya is killed, and Leo is shot. Anthony sets fire to the house, believing Leo will die to his injuries. He departs in his car with his henchmen. However, Joshy Andrews and Priya Joshy Andrews arrive at the scene, rescuing Leo, Constable Napoleon, the children, and recovering Sathya's body from the burning house.
Leo, being a badass, driven by rage now. With vengeance in his heart, he takes the motorcycle & Constable Napoleon joins him in pursuit of Anthony Das, leading to the intense car chase that results in killing Anthony Das & his gang brutally.
The death of Sathya makes Leo's hate drugs. The next day, Leo goes to Das tobacco factory and destroys it. Following these events, Leo receives a call from Vikram, stating destroying a single cartel is insufficient. The loss of Sathya makes Leo join Vikram's team (LCU Link 3)
Justification for the better storyline
1. Multiple LCU links and organic connections
2. The storyline successfully establishes Rolex as a powerful character in the LCU timeline
3. LEO-Sathya love story with romantic movements in an action movie.
4. Leo needed a compelling reason to leave the gang, and being an outsider made it easier for him to leave.
5. Anthony Das's intense desire to kill Leo is driven by his deep anger, because of Leo's role in destroying his business and causing his brother's death.
6. Leo's motivation to join Vikram's team is strongly justified
7. Establish plots for Leo 2. Leo 2 can showcase his fighting and shooting skills prior to 1999 and how he was recruited into Das & Co
8. Leo's knowledge of working with Rolex's can be valuable to Vikram's team
9. Bringing Leo character in Rolex standalone during raise of Rolex in the 90's
10. Love makes you do crazy things is a more justifiable reason than superstitious killing
