Growing the lotus model in practice placements

In a previous video Hannah shared the development of a model of reflection for social work. After watching this video, Emma, a second year student on placement in a school setting, developed a reflective box for direct work with young people. In this video she discusses the box with Hannah. Ideas for direct work with young people and other ideas for the development of the lotus model are discussed.
