When I'm typing... useradd nick, It shows
useradd: Permission denied.
useradd: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later.
What's the problem?
Sir i guess useradd command not create home dir by default. Until you pass -m option with that. Please clarify sir.
On some distro (like centos) it may creat Home folder by default, but it's always better to use -m option always to create it.
Can we create multiple users at one time?
Can I create user who can read, write but can't delete any files
# Create a file
touch example.txt
# Give read and write permissions to the user
chmod u+rw example.txt
# Deny delete permissions to the user
chmod u-w example.txt
Well , But here you did not mention how to check the lock user list.

Did you add the parameter to create home folder while creating the user?
Even after setting a password, I am still able to log in without being prompted for the password.

If you have root access, then you can easily change password
Or you can request to root/admin to reset your password
