As much as it’s understandable from the point of view of the families of the hostages who miss their beloved ones, but a „deal“ with stopping the war and leaving Gaza without destroying Hamas and establishing a control over the area would be the worst idea with very bad long term consequences for Israel and her people.

🙏 An unbelievably difficult situation for Israel to be in. A deal may release the hostages now but seal the fate of the nation when the criminals relaunch their campaign in mass to take back Israel for themselves. Sinw@r was in Israeli prisons. Your enemies live amongst you and follow a religious ideology and bent history that makes them feel that the land is theirs. You can't afford to be naive and think like Westerners. Their books, their words, their actions declare their value system. They only recognise strength. Israel needs to declare days of repentance and mourning to HaShem and ask Him to intervene. Scripture says that the enemy gets victory when Israel is disobedient to HaShem's laws, decrees and instruction in His covenant. Wake up! Read the scriptures. Obey it.
Even so, I haven't heard of any deal that releases ALL hostages immediately (which they should). Most deals don't seem just, reasonable or achievable to me... I don't like the trend I see in these deals. If the deal gets better and better for H's, each time they refuse to accept it, it will only encourage them to keep the hostages longer. And the more they see ppl protesting the government, the more they will congratulate themselves with being 'on the right teack' with this strategy...
Kept thinking about pharao, refusing to let our people go. For him, the deal worsened every time he said no. He had to let them go anyway, but at a much higher expense than necessary... Do you think the present situation is comparable to that?
