      @@donnawilliams960 Hello, herbalist here ✋🏾. Ginger is miraculous for joint pain. Oh my goodness!!! I’ve been sleeping on ginger for my arthritic knees????? I have ground ginger, not fresh. Do you know if that helps? I’ll make a ginger tea from the powder right now if I thought it would help my knees. Thank you for the advice. I’d love to pop a squat!

      @@donnawilliams960 Lol, fresh ginger is best and more potent. I boil water on the stove 1st. Then I chop up about a thumb size of ginger into small pieces. When water comes to a boil I pour in the blender and I place ginger in there also. Blend until smooth. Strain thru a cheesecloth and enjoy while hot. This will do WONDERS!

      You can't grow things like they did fifty plus years ago, the land have been manipulated or poisoned to where you can't hardly grow anything worthwhile eating. That is why the stores doesn't have quality fruits and veggies. People are not healthy like they ought to be.

    Noooooo please dont throw away the leaves. They are also able to be used as well. Ginger leaf tea is consumed for morning or motion sickness, colds, nausea, indigestion, and other ill feelings. The leaves also contain antibacterial and antifungal properties. You can also use them to make a facial astringent that is nutrient dense. This will help with anti aging tone and balance. You will be amazed.❤

      You can grow it in a pot.
      Either in a dining room, front porch, or back staircase on the way to your cellar.
      I first grew ginger in a small pot in an one bedroom apartment.
      I had no idea what I was doing way back then and even today I'm still learning.
      Nonetheless the ginger, corn, cucumbers and potatoes;
      They all grew in pots- inside my daughters apartment.
      However once the corn and cucumbers got to size.
      I sat them on a balcony outside her apartment door.
      This winter I'm trying something different.
      I'm looking forward to learning all I can, to assure me and each of my daughters, have access to our own natural food sources.
      You can too.
      Give it a try!
      🤗
