Here's some explanation that I saw in Weibo and bilibili, and add on some of my own opinion. Hope it helps you all to better understand this choreography! The background of this story is in a orphanage. Su Lian Ya(who is the only one who got the flower), was being adopted by others (flower represent being adopted). Cheng Xiao and Su Lian Ya are friends but she is jealous about Su Lian Ya's chance of being adopted and wanna take over. From the part that every girl raised one girl to the top (represent give everything good to her) and then heavily throw her down. From their expression, we knew that every girl have their own negative thinking(something like jealous). After Cheng Xiao took over the flower, she ran towards what she think is a good future for her (being adopted). However, all this may be designed and conducted by Su Lian Ya. She may not actually want to be adopted. Being adopted is not necessarily a good thing. She guide Cheng Xiao to take over the flower and look at her like a funny clown who step into the trapped that she actually designed.
