I lightly roasted the veggies in the oven because I like my zucchini crunchy then made the onion and tomato sauce on the stove top, added cooked pasta to the sauce and finally added the lightly roasted veggies and served 😋😋

So we take the olive and remove all of the good parts and are left with only the fat which over time can clog arteries and lead to strokes or heart disease.

From what I have noticed, rule of thumb generally is 1/2 a teaspoon.
