My muslim friends asked me this: Here are the questions 1. Why we hear Jesus's word as he was been sent to jews not for gentiles and also Jesus himself said "i have been sent to jews not for gentiles" so, my friends said 'why you hear his words since he is not sent for you?' 2. And why am i guilty with a sin that Adam made and my muslim friends said " it is written that for the sin that someone's father made the son is not going to be asked for that so, only adam must be punished not me. ' So, guys here give me some ideas from the Bible and love you all thanks
We are happy to answer your questions. It is true that Jesus was sent to the Jews. But He was also sent for everyone (Romans 3:29-30, John 3:16). This would not be a contradiction of what your friend quoted. A thorough study of Scripture and the context of a particular passage can show you the meaning more clearly. Romans 10:12-13 expounds, “For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” We can therefore be assured that Jesus is for all people. When we ask why everyone is punished for the sin of Adam, we must also ask why all of us can be freed on account of the innocence of one man, Jesus Christ. We are indeed impacted by the curse of sin and death unleashed by Adam, but we are sinners just like him: “Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned” (Romans 5:12). But the Good News of the Bible is that “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
