    Sir I am doing my MBA in HR, currently going to complete the final year. I have been following your videos for some time now, as finance is something I've grown interest towards during my MBA. And what you teach is a great way to start understanding value based investing, Or fundamental analysis. Most channels give focus on technical analysis. Please continue making these videos and if possible, make an indepth video of how you approach when trying to understand the value of a company, ie., which company to invest based on fundamental analysis, it's implications for growth and risk and risk avoidance. Thank you

    Sir, I've a question that in case of Non-redeemable you said the initial amount is not recoverable, so according to Companies Act 2013 shares must be redeemed within 20 yrs then after 20 yrs we will get our initial amount & what if the company wants to wind up the business?
    I'll be thankful for you reply.....

    • @Bangalianaa
      @Bangalianaa 4 года назад

      In case of wind up then we have to check by which reason they are doing it
      If financial are good then pref share holders will be paid full money
      But if company is insolvent then court will deside
      And if company is in reconstruction
      Then it will be a negotiation between company and pref share holders but
      In this situation company may buy back some shares if they want

    Hello sir, your videos are just great because u tell in a practical way that we want to watch. I have a little request which will definately helps youths and me if you can make a total video tutorial how to buy and sell commodity shares and other shares in a reputed android or desktop app in a practical way so that we can't let go the opportunities to buy the shares at a good profitable rate. Because just lack of knowledge of online buying and selling,we missed the great opportunities and on the other hand we see people making more money just because they know online trading. What is Stop loss and other terminologies and how it works. I tried to have some videos over how to buy and sell online on Android app but their videos are not effective and very doubt clearing. I know u can easily make videos in the best way. Because it is the things the youth wants sir. Thanyou.

    Sir, in the Participating PS liquidation example, at the onset the split is 2Cr PS and 8 Cr Equity, so agar 15Cr ke valuation pe liquidate hoti hai company toh 15Cr ke 20% milenge na? So agar initial 2Cr fixed hai, toh difference 15-10=5Cr ke 20% milne chahiye na, making the total 3Cr?

    • @shashankkushwaha6684
      @shashankkushwaha6684 3 года назад

      @Amey Dandekar I have the same question. Because otherwise, with the logic explained in the video, at the onset itself if there is liquidation then the preference share buyer (investor) would get 2Cr (initial capital) + 20% of (10Cr - 2Cr) = 2Cr + 1.6Cr = 3.6Cr. This appears to be inconsistent.
