I'm transforming a house into a house and its garden into a paradise in the new DLC for House Flipper... Garden Flipper. Saturday morning and rather than cleaning the house I'll sit here and watch the Colonel do it for me, much more satisfying than hoovering my own cockroaches!
I am torn about what the best bit was: you playing House Flipper again or you playing chicken with gravity.

I especially like the many, varied and not at all haphazardly placed seating arrangements in the garden. Having to walk 50 yards to get to the barbecue is good for you!

This is obviously European house flipper. We have both a large washer and a large dryer in our laundry rooms in North America... also very large beds, stoves, lots of places with dual wall ovens, and fridges that would make any restaurant happy... large just about everything, actually, especially our appliances. Even in dumpy old places there's often a lot of large stuff. Can't buy too much small in the appliance area. Also, showers are large and many are made-to-fit the place they're built into. Some even sit in the middle of the room... which is large. Some will hold the neighbourhood, if you're so inclined. Not sure why. New houses mostly have steam showers with lots of places for water to spurt out at you... and a rain shower head over top.
Dandelions are good, not bad. Good for bees, good for eating, good for tea... just all around good. We had the neighbours (who live a couple of miles up the road) ask us to keep the dandelions alive for their bees. So we're more than happy to do that.
Sprinkley bark, on the other hand, is awful. It gets all over the yard into places you don't want it to be. But it is used because it's usually cheaper than other ground cover junk.
Decking is great. Keeps the yard at bay... where it belongs. Gives you a place to sit even in the winter, especially if it's covered over with more than a pergola.

This and the Phil & Kirsty one are Great videos. Great to watch your don't give one jot about interior design details. Look forward to you doing a House Flipper video with a property that has a basement bunker and you needing to stock up the bunker with supplies, guns, guns and more guns. Good luck.

I'd like to see one offs like this for a lot of the less popular stuff like Satisfactory and such. Randomly toss us an update on how things are going once in a while. Your sense of design and color matching prowess has no equal.
The thing is, I so rarely get the opportunity to play anything "off-camera" that there's only ever progress when I've chosen to make a video. In other words, once a series meets the woodchipper, it's really unlikely to return.
I didn't see a return to this game coming.
I predicted Tropico 6, and now, as The Colonel would probably put it, I look like a proper Charlie.
The final shot should have been the thumbnail lol.
Maybe one day, they will come out with the Colonel Failure version which includes a bulldozer .... LOL.

I hate plumbing. I wish it were as easy and clean in real life as it is in this game, 'cause I hate plumbing. Looks like a fun game and I can see how you could get lost in it pretty easy. It didn't seem like you hooked up the sink in the kitchen though, but I don't blame you 'cause I hate plumbing. I'd rather do just about anything to get out of doing plumbing 'cause I hate it.
Did I mention that I hate plumbing?

what kind of fool puts a shower with the door Facing the Toilet? that's TERRIBLE Feng Shui, the door should face the towel rack and never face a toilet or sink, so you step out, grab the towel, and never run into anything or anyone else, in case someone has to use the toilet and can't wait. Terrible, absolutely Terrible!
