It's 100% unmatched key code , if you do the scan through the immobilizer section you will see it's says " unmatched key code " I noticed you did the scan from the diagnosis section. and simply relearn the existing key if it's failure then new key need to be made .

it look like you have communication problem between the ecu and the immobilizer system look for wiring diagram and try to see

Bro the best solution is to turn off the immo from ecm or check your wirring

Hello i have a rav4 2014 tried couple of times to access reset IMO ..now Autel gaves me acces to ecu denied ..do u think reset will help ?
