This may be a stupid suggestion
But I would love to see a video just to show us the roots in the moss poles
I don't know if anyone else likes it but I find roots really cool :)

It grows close to the Atabapo River in Venezuela. The Atabapo River is known for its colorful fish used in the aquarium trade like the Atabapo angelfish. In habitat it grows at low elevation and high temperature and humidity.

    Excellent vid Sydney.
I'm growing atabapoense, mexicanum, billietiae, erubescens and quinquenervium with a view to get various well behaved (ie, robust, fast and strongly growing, well rooted leathery long leaved) philodendron hybrid cultivars out of that complex.
So it was a pleasure going through your experiences and thought processes as nature and circumstances guided you.

I got one from the bunning’s discount section for 10 bucks without knowing it’s considered a “rare plant” in the community 😅
It looked ok in store but it started rotting from the bottom after coming home so I had to root a cutting from the top
    appreciate the great vid!

Today I found Philodendron Atabapoense at a Bunnings, cost $4.95 for a tube stock size. Not in good condition and bone dry, some of its' mates had already passed so I took this hone home and a soak in "Foliage" and already is shown signs of recovery. Do check at your local Bunnings as I've found lots of great little tube stock philodendrons and they're doing great.
