And I thought our fields are muddy on the Salisbury Plain. Just something I noticed you take your beasts to your larder before you gralloch. I was taught to do the gralloch as soon as possible, how long can you leave the gralloch before the meat shows signs of spoilage?
As ever top FOTW type filming, here we are mid Feb and the rain hasn’t let up, need some prolonged dry windy days to take the edge off the top, not a good look if I get the Hilly stuck 😉.
how do you get into this in the uk without being born into it? im just out rabbiting with my rimfire but would love to deer stalk. getting land for rabbits is hard enough
