@coffle1 Nick, in character, (Dragons Ball/Family Guy) is that creepy old guy that everybody doesn't like, but when he helps out everybody's on his side, how weird.
@@paniagua._di would’ve never seen 90% of these clips or even found out about Nick if it wasn’t for these channels. They absolutely deserve praise. They help streamers grow
@PaballoKobe-xh9ve Yeah amazingly taking a pill that completely changes your hormones isn't good for you. I never said it was. I said birth control can stop your period.
I'm happy if your happy is the definition of conditional love. You should fight for someone who loves you, but should never have to fight for someone TO love you.
What if your partner is sad? She has a very naive definition of love If your definition of love is purely "I am happy if they are happy" A mature definition of love recognizes it as a deep, steady commitment built on respect, trust, and understanding. It's about truly knowing and valuing each other’s unique qualities, accepting flaws, and encouraging each other’s growth. Mature love goes beyond the rush of emotions; it involves actively supporting one another, communicating openly, and working through challenges together. It’s a partnership where each person is devoted not just to their own happiness, but to creating a foundation of mutual care, resilience, and shared purpose.
Real love is basically nothing sexual but the same shit you feel for your mom or dad. Real love is sacrifice,a person you love you could give your life away if needed without thinking about it. Its not hormones=emotions(crushes) that go away. In modern society dating basically destroyed a chance to find real love because nr.1 thing that should start a relationship is you being best friends,if you enjoy each other so much without 0 sex you should marry. But modern society created 'friendzones'. Look at any old couple, they are friends first. All relationships I know that never broke up were best friends since childhood. My brother is married to a lady who he knew since kindergarden, they were always best friends, lived together for 15 years before marrying.
It depends of the type of birth control. Most forms of hormonal birth control will stop periods by tricking the body into believing it's pregnant and you don't have periods during pregnancy... Now if you take the hormones in the form of pills, the pills will come in regiments (so not all pills contain the same amount of hormones or even hormones at all). Thus some regiments will have inactive pills that do not contain any hormones and you will still have periods. There are regiments that have inactive pills every month, every two month every three month up to only once a year. Your periods will only be during those inactive pill phases.
Uhm not really. First of all, yes technically pills stop periods. "Technically" because the monthly bleedings are now called just differently. With "normal" (combined) pills you will have your "period" during the break once a month. With the "mini pill" you might not have your "period" but you can have some other minor bleedings still.
@@whuzzzup My GF only had bleeding once every 3 month and my ex once every 6 month on their hormonal BC. No PMS. There are different versions, and women also react different, so there is no cookie cutter answer here. Very light bleeding is also not "just another name for a period". As what happens in the body is usually completely different. Those can also happen during pregnancy.
@@MustYouHaveAUsername The "very light bleeding" is because they used a mini pill. The combined pill has a regular bleeding every month (if you adhere to the pause every 21 days) but it's no longer called the "period/menstrual bleeding" but has a different term ("withdrawal bleeding").
Emily is right at the end - I also think the same - true love is two people doing their best to make the other part happy and always put their other part above themselves - if this goes both ways and both parties follow the same example then you will have a recipe for the perfect love
8:12 Emily "imagine if this is how I act when I'm love, would that not be concerning Nick? Hello?" just a few hours before this clip you were explaining what Tribute was in front of a restaurant employee; concerning behaviours is your THING.
How is this breaking character? If the theory is that she plays a character (even though everyone who knows hers says she’s the same on and off stream), how is doing one of her common bits “breaking” that character?-it doesn’t make sense. The rapid fire rant when she gets angry is a classic for her, so isn’t that evidence of her being in “character”? If she was “breaking character”, she would just calmly say a cool one liner to put down Nick, or just ignore him;that would be out of character. This clip is literally peak Emily IN character … dumb ahh
@79Glitch Her "character" is the happy-go-lucky "la la la 😄🤗" bubbly personality and her getting out of that to go on an angry rant is seen as breaking that character. There is no limit to breaking character once the character has been established. It can be a frequent breaking of character. It's not that hard to understand.
@ I was pointing out how ridiculous the idea of a “character” is to begin with. Everyone-literally everyone who know her well-Nick, Arthur, FanFan, Miz, Emiru, all of OTK, Fuslie, OTV … have said many times that she really is the same way off stream. She does that sassy, angry rant a million times on steam (it’s one of her signatures) and she does it off steam; she’s bubbly and sweet on steam, and she’s bubbly and happy off stream. There is no “character.” Arthur recently said on Nicks steam a few days ago in the car that she is “literally the same person off stream (it was the stream gettin donuts, I believe?) … but with a little less of a filter” … which probably applies to every person in history who has been in front of a camera.
It depends on the bc *and* the person taking it, my ex also stopped experiencing it when she was on it. Cerazette for an example (which she took) just stopped the period for her. It's different from person to person though.
3:32 Yes, exactly. It seriously messes up your hormones which then changes the way you look at thing, the way you feel about them, and especially the way you view and treat men. On top of that there are also a bunch of long term physical effects. It's actually kind of big effect. Women on birth control feel less attracted to male characteristics, which might have something to do with this societal push against masculinity. The studies done on this are pretty interesting. Unless you have a very good reason to go on bc, you really shouldn't. There's plenty of other ways around it.
It depends on the person and there are plenty of women on birth control that don't experience those effects. There's no telling how any individual women will be affected until they try it.
??? It is not gender-specific what side effects birth control has on a womans body. This is is such a reach that it is crazy to attribute hormonal changing pills that regulate periods to men. If anything it changes how a woman would view ~anyone~. Secondly, it is dependant on the person. Each birth control affects every woman differently. That is why it is a trial and error phase to find a birth control that fits for you.
@@ensanesane Thankfully we don't base our understanding of medical treatments and its effects on the outliers, because that way you could prove or disprove anything.
@@bauwbau I have not seen a study about how birth control changes women's view on other women. But I could imagine it does. We know it changes the way women view men and the things they are attracted to, though. You might feel like it's a reach, but like I said it's a proven fact. Also, think about it for 2 seconds and you'll immediately understand why, lol. Come on now, you're smarter than this.

Which is fine, plenty of people in that same situation. It's OK to not know the answer, just as long as you're open to learning what the answer is for you.
