I just got a Super73S1 (SG1 here in Australia) - brilliant bike, I got 50km from first full battery charge, yours could be due to cold weather? Lithium battery don't like cold weather and performance decreases fast
I talked to the company about it a few times and with other people with different brands of lithium batteries, no one was having such an extreme fall off like I was. I was really babying this battery by keeping it fully charged and bringing it inside when it got cold. It’s looking like it’s the whole bike that’s bad. But there’s a fix coming
The guy in the background looks like one of those old school harley riders. I guess he got sick of the noise and exhaust fumes and got himself an E-bike.

how wide is the rear rack(where you have your bagpack mounted)? want to get this to ride w my kid and wondering if I can fit a child seat.

must have gotten a bad battery or something, as im able to go 20 miles and still have two to three bars left.. how is the battery now?
My s1 had a bad battery at the beginning too. Get that battery or controller replaced
Is your battery issue only affected by the cold weather?
No, it was in warm and cold weather. The battery ended up being defective and they sent me a new one

Battery life is good?
I get up to 25 miles on eco mode
It's 2,195 now should someone pay that for it? It don't seem worth that but you got it at a good price
I would recommend any super73 at this price. Having an ebike in the city has changed the way I get around for the better
For light travel within Manhattan and maybe to the coast of BK, I think even the Z could work

That doesn't make any sense about your battery. I'm averaging 20miles on a battery generally riding at full throttle until it's at one bar, and mine is one of the earlier versions at that. And even then lately I'm still rising at full throttle. If I'm veing aware and sipping power, I can get 25ish miles I think. Still not asuch as I'd like but I can get around a good amount with that. Range is everything when it comes to the fun and amount of freedom you can get out of one of these. In the end I'm definitely considering getting a second battery that I might run parallel to the original. I heard that doubles your range easily and even gives you a higher top speed, which are two things that I desperately want and am considering flipping my s1 for an s2 primarily for those reasons. But I fins myself just so in love with my bike, even though it's older. It feels like I own a classic car or something. So much character and personality. (And WHOA I had no idea about that new bike lane on the Brooklyn Bridge that's insane!)
Well I think it’s just an issue for my bike. The company said they’re going to do something about it thankfully
