I definitely think they are and I think it's a matter of time before ADHD will be on the autism spectrum because honestly I barely know where one ends and the other begins
I don't agree, I'm autistic and also have ADHD. In my experience, they may overlap in some areas and can present in similar ways, however the "why" behind the behavior is different for both. I've also heard this quite a bit from other AuDHD women.
Many adults find that post diagnosis, processing and treating ADHD, they become more aware of their autistic self. AuDHD, which is an incredibly useful term now. If you feel an internal conflict, then AuDHD could be the most helpful term for self acceptance and flourishing

Im 45 diagnosed with aspergers 4 , 5 years ago. I wish i had the skills to become self employed.
It sounds more like ADHD traits than autism… Or just confirms the theory that autism and ADHD are on the same spectrum ?
