yeah doesnt work. somehow even though I did this, it still picks up sound even though it´s above db detection. I cant stil hear it even if I push sensitivity to max

This video doesn't mention the main thing: Microphone placement.
Most gaming mics record the sound directly in front of it and not 360°. So if you simply place your microphone between you and the keyboard, instead of behind the keyboard it will not pick up any keyboard sound. Very simple and easy trick
(Doesn't work for headset mics)

You can always turn on noise suppression. It completely removes all background noise. That's what I've done and I've increased my mic sound using third-party software.

My friends say when I turn noise suppression on, I sound muffled. Any fix to that? The alternative is obviously to turn it off, and while I will sound clear, they will also hear my keyboard and mouse clicks

Probably just turn on noice suppression on discord it does make you mic sound a little bit worse but it completely removes the sound of your keyboard
