My honest question for you is this: How can the average middle class, as in nurses, and other similar job with similar pay, afford housing in the Philippines? This is actually a cheaper one than that found in the economic center (Metro Manila). Going to MM, that price would probably double. Comparing to the U.S., average real state property valuation in the Philippines is very high.
Can't visualize the size of the house. You're more focused on the windows going upwards. You should take a video including the floor area to give your viewers a clearer idea of the floor area and the layout of the house.
