Absolutely brilliant, thanks very much for this. Just been in the garage and it's sorted. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Very helpful. Least I don't have to send my nice new boots back. Ha ha
Thank you, the dealer where I tried the Bike couldn't understand why I was having the exact same problem. I have much smaller feet and was afraid this would be a major issue.
no need to use two spanners and roll down the rubber seal,it's very thin and would eventually tear ... just use one 10mm spanner and open or tight the nut against the ball joint turned to the end and same direction of the nut rotation... as sad,it's by design 😅
I do believe we not only have the same bike but the same make of boots, Alpinestar Corozal. I had to do the same to my bike at the start. Great boots though, two years on and dry feet all the time. A little on the warm side for summer though. Ride safe, Mike.
I did that in my honda, different model but same mechanism with rod you need to rotate increase height of the gear leaver... and now I can't put 1st gear (⊙_⊙)?
Thank you for the video. I just adjusted my shift lever on 2023 CB500X. Works much better now with my size 11 boots.
Glad it helped. Mine has been perfect ever since 👍
Simple when you know how. Thanks for posting this 👍
Cheers! 👍

No problem. I'd have sent the bike back before my boots 😉🤣👍👍
@@CodgerBiker Ha Ha Ha.
Thanks for the vid. Can't wait to try it on my CB500X as the current position is a real hassle for me!
Boot liberation time 😉👍
@@CodgerBiker 4 months later and I'd forgot how to do the adjusting. Lucky, I had your video to refer back to! 😆
That’s why I’m having trouble thank you so much. Really appreciate it.
Glad it was useful. Thanks for the feedback 👍
Just sorted mine out after this helpful vid .... 👍
Thanks very much, just what I needed!
Me too. Can't beat wearing favourite boots

Cheers Mike. Yes I love them, winter or summer. If the bike didn't fit the boots, it'd have to go 😉👍👍
I just bought the low cut version of those boots for my ‘23, glad to see the shifter can be adjusted
All has been fine over 2000 miles on. 👍
Thanks!
Very useful. Thanks
Cheers!
Top job bud 👌🏻
