I dont think so. I downloaded the game on the samsung s8 + and the game looks horrible (360p, 30fps, really low textures.) Srs, when i turn everything to this level on my pc i would get around 180fps.

I think the major differences are the enemy indicator in the pubg mobile which isn't available on pc version which also makes the pc version harder to spot enemy
I have a shitty phone and both versions run smoothly with low graphics, they did and amazing job optimizing the Lightspeed version cause I've already won there *-*
