All I can say is being a 90s kid growing up to the 90s music is a definite one of a kind!! Grateful I got to experience that. My kids even love the 90s music
I swear this song will make you feel like a child again. Though this is a 90's song, i watched the movie and heard the song in the early 2000's like when i was 5. i'm a 90's baby and a 2000's kid.
I was all of 4 years old when the movie came out... I remember my mama buying it for us. If i remember right the vhs tape was orange. We used to wait until the end of the movie just for this song... I miss those days😢
I know right??? our childhood was just awesome! we had these amazing cartoons on Nickelodeon like my life as a teenage robot, catdog, the old spongebob, wild thornberries, and rugrats! I even remember when my parents bought me the movie and it was really cool that the vhs was orange! :D
This hits so differently during these unprecedented times. I miss the 90's so much. My childhood wonders and wishes. TAKE ME THERE, I WANT TO GO THERE.
Where not old 😁 it's all about how u feel, age is just a number but I get it, Wow 30 years, I been watching Rugrats since it premiere on Nickelodeon in 91!
Born in '89 and I miss the 90s sooo much....the cartoons, music, fashion trends, movies, wrestling (for fellow wrestling fans like myself), TV shows, hairstyles, EVERYTHING!! The Rugrats Movie was and still is one of my favorite cartoon movies of all time!! Wish that we had a time capsule to travel back...*sighs* the 90s=my care-free, drama-free childhood.
I'm 15 now. This song and Rugrats used to be MY LIFe 10 years ago. It really hurts thinking about all the great memories and friends I had back then.... This song is so powerful even though it was made for a movie.
I was born in 07 and I loved to watch rugrats when I was little and I still watch it now 😭😩 it's just passed on generations my mom was 12 when rugrats officially came out and she was watching it 😭

Dang, everytime i hear this song it takes me back. I'm turning 18 in a few months and I just want to tell those kids out there "make the most out of your childhood". I wish I had appreciated it more when I had it. I would give anything to go back for a day.
My very first dance recital I was 5, and our hip hop/jazz routine was to this, I can't believe that was almost 15 years ago. Parents weren't lying when they told me to my cherish my youth...
My older sister decided to educate me and my younger sisters about Mya. She played some of her songs and out of those songs I I immediately fell in love with song. It's been 5 months now and I still love this song.

+AiraChica I know right like poor choice of words. Your generation of music actually destroy music not her because even your generation had music about drugs, hoes, strip clubs and other stuff. So please stop thinking your generation was better when the same thing happening today was happening then the only difference is nowadays this society don't give 2 cents anymore what kids watch. People usually blame it on parents instead of the media which feeds us these lame music nowadays to kids.
airilove17 I'm not entirely sure how to react on your comment or if I even understood it correctly. I don't believe any generation "destroys" music, every generation has its own take on new music. People felt the same way about the former generation's music. Everyone who is "older" than the young generation usually thinks that the young generation's music is horrible, and that's how it's been ever since music existed. Also, you can't blame the generation for making music YOU don't like - it's the artists who make the music, not the people listening to it.
Me too, I miss the 90's, and funny ones and Joshua Jones, I think they were out that year, hope they make a free tv 90's Nick channel since there's not a lot of cool shows now

I was in a Walmart about a month ago and suddenly this came on the speakers, and seeing as I am turning 21 and am in 2020, I grabbed my mom and asked her "What year did Walmart just suck me into?" Given that I grew up with Rugrats though, it was great to sing to the song while it played.
THIS IS MY SHIIIT! Oh my God I completely forgot about this song and movie, and it just randomly popped into my head. So glad I found it, and in such good quality. Thanks for the upload.
The lyrics of Take Me There perfectly align with the themes of adventure, friendship and the power of imagination portrayed in the Rugrats Movie. The song adds an emotional layer to the film, enhancing its impact on viewers.
