This is actually so relatable.
Yesterday my mother and I got into a argument as I did not follow the method she asked me to do.
So I just screamed, "can't you love me just the way I am?" And slammed into my room.
I know what i did was wrong, but it just felt so good to have the ending line you know?
But NO. She just walked into my room and reprimanded me for not using the "quicker" method which actually takes up more time as I was not used to that method.
She told me that my teacher was stupid and should teach the "smarter" way. I honestly felt flabbergasted and wanted to protect my teacher.
So I quickly changed the subject into tuition change(As i was already very stressed, I asked for lesser tuition) but she still wanted to have so many tuitions and started comparing me to my brother.
I was completely torn apart as I quickly realised my mother only cared about my studies and did not give a damn about my well being.
Thanks so much if u read until the end. It feels much better when I spilled what I was troubled with you guys.
