*extra info: typically phantom power should be used to help boost condenser mics. Using phantom power on most dynamic mic could possibly cause damage. Make sure to do your research on what works best for your equipment.

How do you adjust the volumes of Channel A and B separately? I see a master volume, and "amount" of effects for each channel, but no volume for each channel. I can't imagine that you want both channels to be the same volume. So how do you do that?

@@TheWhiskeyCowboyLife there’s a separate volume knob for each channel!

@@townsendTmusicyoutube I only see a gain for each, not a volume. Is that how you are controlling your volume? By gain?

@@TheWhiskeyCowboyLife I see what you’re saying. Yes, correct. The gain for each channel controls the volume. Then there’s a master volume for all channels.

@@townsendTmusicyoutube LOL Ok. Got it. With electric guitar amps, the gain and volumes are not the same things and while both can effect volume, they do so differently. And my current acoustic amp (Fender AC40) just has "volume" for each channel. Gain can cause "crunch" with electric guitar amps and you don't really want that with your "volume" choice. Crunch with vocals would be... not ideal. LOL So you get no crunch with these gain volumes, just a true volume change?
Sorry if I am appearing redundant, but like I said, on electric guitar amps you can get a gain, volume and master volume. And each do a bit different things.
And I wonder if I am the only one to ask this type of question. I have not seen it on any other videos.

@@TheWhiskeyCowboyLife makes total sense! It’s not “gain” like for an electric guitar. It doesn’t add crunch or grunge. You make a great point! It simply adjusts the volume for each channel, then add on the effects as you please.

Thank you for the review. There are a lot of more expensive amps out there but to me they do not seem to offer any more for the price increase. One question. How is it for vocals? Do you use anything else between the amp and mic? What do you think of IRs for your acoustic guitar?

Welcome! I love this amp! It truly has it all in one. Much less feedback than other setups I’ve used and clearer sounds. So far, I have had great luck running my vocals straight through the amp and using the built in effects. For my guitar, I personally love running through a Fishman EQ pedal. My guitar is incredibly bass heavy, so it gives me more options to equalize that. Super simple setup and sounds fantastic.

@@townsendTmusicyoutube Thank you for your response. My main guitar is an Eastman ac422ce which I love. Thinking of upgrading the pickup to an Anthem SL and buying this amp.

Ma'am, i plugged my classical guitar into the Artist model at the guitar store and I am VERY pleased with what I have been hearing with it. For acoustic, these are really nice amps. For Electric guitar, '65 Fender Princeton Reverb, '65 Deluxe Reverb, Blues Deluxe R.I. as well as Supro Delta King for Fender Strat, Tele, Gibson Les Pauls for clean to mild dirt work.
I really am impressed with the Fishman Artist for my classical needs. I imagine that Martin, Gibson would sound great too through the Artist amp.

I think it’s fair to not show it in action, since she only specified a “review”, and not a “review and demo”.
