what surprises me is the US doctor words like Remission, Cancer free, Off treatment, for the same case in india doctor use disappointing words like 4th stage, life extention, lifelong treatment, Not curable only control.

Yes doctors here have negative attitude which is enough to patients to get depressed

Remission does not mean cancer is gone. It simply means that cancer cells are dormant. They can stay dormant like this for years and decades or come back in few years. That does not mean cancer free.
