f(x) paved the way for these innovative b-sides tbh. They were SM's 'experiment', which turned out to be a major success. I definitely recommend tracks like Rude Love, Butterfly, Airplane, Rainbow and Deja Vu. Red Velvet and f(x) deserve a lot more respect for their discographies.

seulgi's voice come then yeri complements her with her gorgeous vocals, so wendy come with that "never ever ever ever" showing her agility and amazing control over her voice with irene complementing with "i got you you got me" that sounds Gorgeous then joy comes with that beautiful vocal color in her lower register finishing with seulgi's adblis who makes me shiver is the prettiest sequence that musical industry has EVER experience
Ugh they sound SO DAMN GOOD when they sing in a lower key like this! If I could have my way I'd make Wendy and Seulgi sing like this more often the way they do on this album, it really gives things that extra "oomph" type of feel

When it comes to rnb, red velvet understood the assignments 100%. Like ngl there are great rnb kpop groups but red velvet they are untouchable when it comes to rnb. Their vocals and instruments just blends so well together like broooooooooooo. And especially that wendy’s voice is more built for western/rnb style it just makes all their songs 100x better. Like the queen of RnB goes to RED VELVET.

Though all the songs were amazing in their own magnificent ways, Kingdom Come is the track I always put on repeat and is on its way to becoming not only one of my favorite RV "Velvet" tracks, but also becoming one of my all time favorite RV songs! ❤️
