Hello! I'm a high school visual caption head, high school indoor winds director, and open class drum corps vis tech. New to Pyware and I'm veeeeery slowly learning the complicated application. Your videos are great! I'm learning a lot. Pyware should hire you to add videos to their text tutorials!!
Hello! Thanks for all of these tutorials. I am trying to get Pyware ready to use for my upcoming season. I am completely green to this program - not to marching band. This is purely speculative, but the "fixed interval float" appears to be trying to not only keep interval integrity - but maintain a fixed marching step size. That could be why it's having performers take odd pathways - out and around- to get to their spots. I don't know, just spitballing.
Wow, I was just messing around and accidentally found out that if you click-drag select handles while using the morph tool, it will delete only the handles that you highlight and leave the rest. It was one of those moments where I just kinda sat there in silence and all the hours I have spent in the past trying to make specific moves work with "delete half" just replayed themselves in my mind lol. I'm about to just memorize the user manual... i can't have this keep happening lol.
