For sure regarding normal play they will be really good. Although champs that can also build fimbulwinter will really be pretty good also. For example you could do champs like K'Sante, Gragas(Tank, low damage but VERY tanky). Tahm would also be pretty insane with this as Tahm already wanted to use Shield Bash.
Shen, Tahm Kench (his E has lower cooldown than most people realize), Vi, Sion, K'sante, Rylai+Fimbulwinter on Fizz, Garen, Janna, Skarner, Lux (2 procs per W), Karma, Malphite, Rakan, Milio... the list goes on.
Do a shield bash on Vi! Pair her 'E' with Titanic Hydra for more shockwaves and Flickerblade to reduce her passive AND 'E' cooldown even more, while also pairing a black cleaver with her 'W' to shred armor. Add a Winters Approach to also gain a sheild with 'Q' and Ult, and a Steraks for yet another shield. Then if you're feeling lucky, trade your booties in for a Blood Thirster cuz why the heck not. Some extra health (which increases sheild amount), shields for days, while doing massive damage!! Attack speed shoes also help, but build accordingly to how the game is going. I also like Lethal Tempo on Vi cuz it's so gosh darn funny to watch a tank smack people silly. Conquerer and Aftershock are also good options
I'd personally buy Sterak's as my last item instead of Randuin's Bc you already have all-for-shields build with Spirit to amplify them so why not another shield item? and it gives AD too btw
Since the damage scales with shield size, some Mordekaiser action could work nice since he gets fat 1000+ shields mid/late game on a fairly low cooldown when built with more cdr

Wait for warmogs + kaenic then ambush a pure magic dmg champ with E lmao Or Senna who can poke without losing health so the BT shield is guaranteed

jarvan have a crazy far mobility with cc but its balanced by it being 2 ability and 100+ mana to do it each time, not like some of champ who have 2-3 dash on 1 ability *cough*akalirivenkledfizzsylasandmore*cough*

I wasn’t aware it was buffed I play poppy a lot and shield bash is best but it always feels kinda bad choosing it over demolish. This is great!
Bruisers/offensive tanks are some of my favorite champs or play styles. Being able so simultaneously tank the team and dismantle them is so much fun.

I haven’t forgot it, I use it quite often with Sion because it’s quite handy on him, but this will make for a bigger damage burst on him now.
