This guy literally picked the worst pendant possible, Eddie is right fuck this guy, he's this amazing jeweler supposed but couldn't tell on the Luke Zion video that wasn't a silver chain? It's so obvious, it's sickening. He then compares a 6,000 pendant to a 60 dollar one, and Gus pendant doesn't even look good to begin with. It looks like a cheap Christmas ornament.

I saw nothing wrong with the previous video. Gus gave an honest opinion, key word opinion. Eddie always tries to do the most with his rebuttal, which it’s totally ok to defend your brand but he took it overboard. Keep in mind he does the same exact thing when he reviews other brands. He said hiphopbling is all brass trash jewelry when that was completely false. Don’t dish it out if you can’t take the criticism in return. Shoutout of to Gus, I hope you keep doing your reviews.

Here is what was wrong with the previous video. HB recently entered the handmade cuban game as well as the solid gold game wich are both gUs's main thing. He wanted to get rid of his competetion so he chose a single crummy item. Ignoring the really excellent and detailed ones. It was deliberate and shallow. Glad eddie put him in his place

Hiphopbling is all trash. That is fact. I once bought something inexpensive from hiphopbling and it was indeed brass underneath. They've been in business for 20+ years yet they sold crappy jewelry.
I bought several items from HB. Silver and moissanite jewelry, even some of the inexpensive jewelry, which is stainless steel instead of silver. Honestly I prefer stainless steel instead of brass when I go that route.
I'm glad Gus Villa didn't stoop low enough to Eddie's responses. GVJ handled it well with the backlash he got from triggered HB simps and fanboys.
However I disagree with how Eddie gets so worked up he starts acting like a drama-obsessed high school girl throwing temper tantrums and childish insults on his videos and on some posts and reviews which are unfavorable to him.
But hey at least he's not like Trax who takes it further and screams like an unruly 2 year old without his binky on video.
@@nny84 the worst part of my experience with hiphopbling was trying to return a chain that was too small. But other than that I had no issues. I even took the gold plated pieces I got from them to be pmi tested and it came back 98% 2% gold so you can’t say everything they sell is brass that’s just not true. If you ordered brass then that’s what you gon get. Eddie picked out the ugliest goat pendant he could find just to talk trash about the brand, but was mad at Gus.
I definitely respect that you want to be honest with your reviews that is very important I've had a few issues with some of their iced out pieces but at the same time I live a pretty wild life and I'm sure the products got damaged by me as A A result of that. I stand by them that they're a company that sells affordable great looking jewelry. The problem with companies that go into business is that they take negative reviews so poorly not everyone's gonna like the things you do not ever once going to like the things you don't. At the end of the day honesty is important because it's going to spread Caution outwardly to other consumers and that's fair and important

I have to agree, that piece you reviewed was kind of ugly. Harlem bling does make some really nice jewelry though. That one jesus piece most definitely wasn’t their best. I have a few pendants, rings and bracelets from Harlem bling and i get so many compliments on them, especially the rings.

If you look through his website, he carries cuban link chains hand made in Mexico. They look pretty good to me. I will by something made in Mexico before i buy anything made in china.
There were some really cool palladium chains made in China like twenty years ago. If you can find one in a thrift store, buy it. They are worth a ton of money just for the metal, but the quality can be quite good. FYI, the price of Pd went from $100 to $2,000, and now it is like $1,200. It looks just like platinum.

I have seen the videos warning folks about HB Jewelry and even though I have seen the bad reviews I thought I would order just a plain chain to see how it would come. The chain arrived 2 inches shorter than what I ordered and the links in the chain are so bad the chain looks like a zigzag. If you are thinking about ordering from them they will charge you a 20% restocking fee even if the issue is their fault. Just stay away from HB and go with a better company, you get what you pay for. (the chain was real but of very poor quality)

He has a right to defend his products, I disagree. No one has respect anymore, they open their mouths without even doing the smallest amount of research. You could literally KILL a company this way, a legit one, too.
It’s all about budget. I have 2 Miami Cuban chains and wanted some smaller chains just to try the look. 925 silver and if rhodium plated is a great option. I also purchased 2 pendants with moissanite stones and man they shine like crazy. I may bring them to you and see if you can make me similar pendants in 14k Tello gold so I can pair them with my Cuban chains. Great video as always

HB (Eddie @ HB) support sucks. If a piece shows up defective, don’t expect customer service at all. Eddie a joke… And yes, I speak from personal experience.

Them HB 999 are pretty crappy. IMHO straight amateur quality, rushed and no QC at all. I don’t recommend them HB 999 at all, go with real Cubanos from Florida, who actually care about meticulously crafting Miami Cubans, cuz the bracelet I got from Eddie ain’t it at all
I actually bought that bracelet from “Eddie” last year, its awful, they soldered the links, right, but they left the actual jagged sharp solder lumps on the links untouched, actual very noticeable lumps of solder and some are sharp, it’s hideous, they didn’t bother to fully melt the solder, didn’t bother to polish it smooth, they just partially soldered it and that was that, can see the links connecting in some spots like the line when they saw the link and plier into place - if you know what I mean - wasn’t 360 soldered, it arrived with some disfigured links, the 999 stamp is missing a 9, its like 99 and barely 1/3 of a 9
Straight up I think HB’s handmade Miami Cubans are a WASTE OF MONEY! I paid premium money for some 40g of silver to get crappy amateur US labor with no QC at all in the bracelet I received. Don’t do it, y’all
@@inthendwealldie but it's cheap at only $3 a gram. Try any of the Miami makers it's like $5-10 a gram for silver. Or just make it yourself it's not that hard just get a few tools and a hand held blow torch. The hardest part is buying the wire unless you make it yourself the rest is very easy

Anything with stones in it from Harlem Bling is made in china. Their silver and gold chains are made in Italy and is machine made . Handmade items are made in Mexico and Miami . It’s really hit or miss in quality and customer service is just awful

His customer service is garbage at the end of the day paid an arm and a leg for real gold earring backs that weren’t threaded right and actually missing the hole and just told to buzz off
He is notorious for 🗑 customer service. Had a purchase show up missing stones straight from the back. And he ghosted. Customer service wouldn’t respond ever. Had to have my card refund me. F Eddie and his 💩 company!
I emailed HB for like 5 months straight a year or 2 ago, they got no CS number to call, hit them up on YT comments and Eddie’s lives, on IG, I was completely ignored… NO RESPONSE, it hurts you.
To get a response it took me a verified 1 star review on TrustPilot, had it verify it because I believe Eddie flagged my 1 star review probably thinking I’m a competitor or something, but boom, provided all the details, emails sent to HB, order numbers, etc. to TrustPilot’s CS and got my review verified, and only then once my 1 star TP review was verified… I got assistance after like 5 months… had I never wrote that 1 star verified review, straight up and pretty hardcore and lengthy review about HB, I believe I legitimately would’ve NEVER gotten customer service…
Thinking about HB’s CS gives me headaches because when I was a customer years ago, they have a habit of straight ghosting, never replying at all. I even emailed them from different emails since I thought they blocked my email…
Was wondering, if maybe I could get some feedback, I was thinking about spending my first 1k on HB for a Cuban link 925 plated in rhodium with moissanite, would it be worth it to go there for the price or go fish?
I can tell you, as someone who has bought a couple dozen pieces from HB. Their service after sales sucks. Period. If that piece shows up defective or broken, forget about getting the issues resolved in a proper way. He ghosts LOTS of customers, end of story.
My suggestion: shop other, more reputable jewelers. If you must shop HB, only buy from him through EBay. That way he is forced to give you a 30 day warranty basically. You have 30 days to return or exchange the piece. And if he refuses or ghosts like he did to me, then EBay steps in and makes him. Or they refund your money without his permission. And makes him reimburse them. It is basically an added layer of security. When dealing with shady, shiesty @$$ 🤡s. Yep, I said it…. Eddie is a 🤡.

Yo, I got a story with HB CS, so a year ago I was a customer, I had a problem with an order like 2 years ago…
They ain’t got no phone number to call at all, so I had to blast all their different CS emails for MONTHS, like 3 - 4 months straight, hit them up on different emails incase my email when to spam since they ain’t replying at all, they straight ghosted, kept hitting them up, they ghosted me and they NEVER replied, even hit them up in YT comment section, on YT live when Eddie when live, hit them up on IG, nothing, pissed me off.
They ain’t care at all. Whoever is CS is straight chillin at work, I see those young high school, part time, nonchalant employees of his, they must’ve see my emails asking for customer service, some assistance and I feel like they be, “skip that email, not my problem, he must be a headache”
So, it was only then after quite some months not sure what to do I wrote a hardcore, lengthy 1 star review on TrustPilot, I had to verify my review shortly after because I assume HB flagged it, got it verified and ONLY THEN after like…I forget, but like 4 - 5 months did I get customer service…
It took me like 5 months TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE, would’ve never gotten customer service back then if I didn’t write that verified 1 star review on TrustPilot… SMFH! Worst customer service I ever probably seen in my life. I wonder do they even have a CS phone number in 2024?
